Organic & Kamut Pasta

There has been a boom in the popularity of organic foods and the consumers’ demands for organic products. Organic pasta represents the attempt to return to the origin of genuine human nutrition and offers consumers a product made with the most authentic ingredients. Mineral organisms, as opposed to chemical fertilizers are used to obtain the ingredients. The preservation, including the grinding and the drying of the cereals, takes place with handicraft processes in order to not compromise the food quality.

Kamut is a cereal of Egyptian origin. It can be considered an ancient relative of modern durum wheat. It is twice the size of common wheat with 20-40% proteins. It is a delicious alternative for athletes, people with busy lives or just anyone looking for quality nutrition. Because of its rich composition of proteins and lipids, it is also a good source of energy. It can be described as a “high energy” grain.
