Roman Vegetarian Pizza
  • (1) 16-inch Pizza Dough
  • 6 oz of Alfredo sauce (hot or cold) (#403014)
  • 10 oz frozen Chopped Spinach
  • 3 Tbsp. Extra Virgin Olive Oil (#280390)
  • ½ tsp Salt (#110600)
  • ½ tsp Granulated Garlic (#450320)
  • 2 Plum Tomatoes, sliced
  • 2 oz Sliced Black or Kalamata Olives (#330010 / #330191)
  • 8-10 pieces Artichoke Heart Quarters (#361000)
  • 1-½ Tbsp chopped Garlic (#340051)
  • 8 oz Vantaggio D’Oro Mozzarella (#170212)
  1. Stretch your dough, spread the Alfredo sauce.  Mix the spinach, oil, garlic, and salt then kind of dollop the spinach onto the pizza, spreading it as much as you can for best coverage.
  2. Spread the sliced tomatoes and artichoke hearts.  Sprinkle the olives and chopped garlic with the pizza cheese on top.  Bake (the average deck oven at 550 F will take approx. 8-12 min.)
