Portobello Mushroom & Goat Cheese Pizza
Ingredients
  • Pizza Dough
  • 1 Tbsp Olive Oil (#280390)
  • 2 Tbsp Minced Garlic (#360190)
  • 1 Red Bell Pepper, sliced
  • 1 Yellow Bell Pepper, sliced
  • 2 Portobello Mushrooms, thinly sliced
  • Marinated Artichoke Hearts, drained and chopped (#361000)
  • 4 oz Goat Cheese, crumbled (#192401)
  • 3 Tbsp Balsamic Vinegar (#280200)
Directions
  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
  2. Spread pizza dough out evenly. Drizzle with olive oil. Sprinkle minced garlic over the crust. Arrange red and yellow peppers, mushrooms and artichoke hearts on top then dot with pieces of goat cheese. Drizzle balsamic vinegar over the top.
  3. Bake for 15-20 minutes, until the edges are golden brown.
