Pizza Wrap
  • 12-inch flavored Flour Tortilla Shell (spinach, garlic herb or sun-dried tomato)
  • 1-2 Tbsp. Extra-Virgin Olive Oil (#280390)
  • 1 Tbsp. Shredded Parmesan (#1001959)
  • 1 oz thinly sliced Provolone (#150250)
  • 1 oz thinly sliced Pepperoni (#250001)
  • 1 oz Shredded Mozzarella (#170050)
  • 1 oz Roasted Red Bell Peppers (#360170)
  1. Lightly oil tortilla.  Sprinkle on parmesan. 
  2. Arrange provolone, pepperoni & red peppers in the center (or use any combination of precooked meats or vegetables.)
  3. Sprinkle on mozzarella, fold up bottom fourth of shell, then fold over the top fourth.  Starting with one side, roll up the “wrap” to completely enclose filling.  Place on pan, seam side down.
  4. Brush with additional oil and sprinkle on additional parmesan, if desired.
  5. Bake at 400 F for 12 to 15 minutes, until golden brown.
