Pizza Siciliana
Ingredients
- 10 oz Pizza Dough (#213301)
- ½ cup Pizza Sauce (#400010)
- 1 tsp. Chili Flakes (#450242)
- 1 cup Grated Mozzarella (#170550)
- 3-4 Artichoke Hearts, from a can, sliced (#361055)
- 10 Calamata Olives, sliced (#330195)
- 3 thin slices Prosciutto, diced (#251305)
- 1 tsp. Garlic Infused Oil
- 2 Tbsp. Flour (#100050)
- 1 tsp. Olive Oil (#280395)
- Salt & Black Pepper to taste (#110610 & 450440)
Directions
- Sprinkle flour on your working surface and roll the pizza dough to approx. 14 inches in diameter.
- Grease a pizza pan with the olive oil and transfer the crust over it. Brush the crust with the garlic infused oil and spread the pizza sauce.
- Apply the rest of the ingredients evenly and bake in a preheated oven at 450 F until the crust turns golden and the bottom is crispy. You can remove the pizza pan halfway through the coking and bake the pizza directly on the oven rack in order to crisp the bottom faster.
