Pizza “Pie”
  • 1 batch Thin Crust Dough (see recipe in Recipes section)
  • 1 (21 oz.) can Pie Topping
  • 1/4 cup Sugar (#110650)
  • 1/2 cup Flour (#100150)
  • 2 Tbsp. Butter (#180140)
  1. Preheat oven to 450 degrees F.
  2. Prepare Thin Crust Dough according to recipe found in Recipes Section.
  3. Spread dough out in lightly greased 12-inch pizza pan. Spoon pie topping on dough leaving a 3/4" space from edge of pan.
  4. Combine flour and sugar in a bowl. With a fork, cut in butter - making sure you don't mix too much. It should be crumbly. Sprinkle topping over pie filling.
  5. Bake until topping and crust are golden brown. Remove from oven and let cool 5-10 minutes before cutting.
