Marinated Mozzarella
  • 1/3 cup Extra Virgin Olive Oil (#280390)
  • 1 Tbsp chopped Sun-Dried Tomatoes (#350029)
  • 1 Tbsp minced fresh Parsley
  • 1 tsp Crushed Red Pepper Flakes (#450242)
  • 1 tsp Dried Basil (#450000)
  • 1 tsp minced Chives
  • ¼ tsp Garlic Powder (#450322)
  • 1 pound cubed Part-Skim Mozzarella Cheese (#140051)
  1. In a large resealable plastic bag, combine all ingredients – add all the cheese cubes last.  Seal bag and turn to coat.  Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to let it marinate and absorb all the flavors, transfer all to a serving dish and serve.
