- 1 cup Sugar (#110652)
- 2-8 oz packages Cream Cheese, softened (#190455)
- 1-16 oz Mascarpone (#191200)
- 1 tsp. Vanilla (#1000212)
- 4 Eggs
- 1 cup Sour Cream (#180100)
- 1 square Semi-sweet baking Chocolate (#110575)

- Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Place chopped cookies in a 1 quart bowl. Microwave butter until melted, add to crushed cookies and mix well. Press crumb mixture in a 15 x 10 x 1 pan (jelly roll pan).
- In a 2 quart bowl, beat cream cheese, mascarpone, sugar and vanilla until well blended. Add eggs, one at a time, mixing well after each addition. Stir in sour cream until well blended. Place batter in a small bowl.
- Stir in melted chocolate, set aside. Pour remaining batter over crust, carefully spreading to edges of pan. Place chocolate mixture in a decorator bag fitted with a tip. Pipe chocolate batter in 5 length-wise strips equal distance apart on top of batter. Take a knife and cut crosswise through chocolate several times for marble effect.
- Bake 20 minutes or until set. Cool bars to room temperature and cut into squares. Refrigerate.
