Italian Chicken Bake
Ingredients
- 6 boneless, skinless Chicken Breast Halves (#261253)
- 2 Onions, thinly sliced (#340032)
- 1 small can Tomato Paste (#400880)
- 1 large can Diced Tomatoes (#400990)
- 1-1/2 tsp Oregano (#450120)
- 1/4 tsp. Black Pepper (#450440)
- pinch Salt (#110610)
Directions
- Place chicken in a 9×13 inch pan, single layered. Sprinkle with onions.
- Mix remaining ingredients in a bowl. Pour sauce mixture over chicken.
- Bake 40 minutes at 400 Degrees F. Sprinkle with 2 cups of shredded Mozzarella Cheese (#170212)
- Bake 20 minutes longer.
