Green Chili Bites
Ingredients
- 2 4-oz. cans Whole Green Chilies
- 2 cups Monterey Jack Cheese, grated (#172165)
- 2 cups Cheddar Cheese, grated (#172000)
- 6 Eggs, beaten
- Salt and Pepper to taste (#110600 & 1001639)
Directions
- Preheat oven to 325 F.
- Butter an 8 or 9 square baking dish. Slice and open chilies and arrange on bottom of baking dish. Mix grated cheese together and sprinkle over chilies.
- Bake 30 to 40 minutes, or until firm when dish is shaken. Cut into squares and serve hot.
- Makes 20 squares.
