Easy Chicken and Artichoke Pizza
Ingredients
- 1 chunk Chicken Breast 12.5 oz (#261253)
- 1 prebaked Pizza Crust, 10 to 12 oz (#210100)
- 4 Roma Tomatoes, thinly sliced (#340098)
- ½ tsp Minced Garlic (#360190)
- 1 jar Artichoke Hearts, 6 oz.; marinated, drained and coarsely chopped (#361000)
- ½ tsp Dried Basil Leaves (#450001)
- 1 ½ cup Mozzarella Cheese, shredded 6 oz. (#170660)
Directions
- Preheat oven 425 degrees F. Place pizza crust on baking sheet.
- Top pizza crust evenly with tomato slices. Sprinkle with garlic. Top with artichokes and chicken. Sprinkle with basil. Top with cheese.
- Bake pizza 12 to 17 minutes or until cheese is hot and melted.
